REMINDER to ALL Clubs:
During the Club membership process, every Club member of USA Swimming has signed an agreement to conduct pre-employment screening for new employees who are required to be USA Swimming members under Article 305.4 and 502.6.3 (USA Swimming rulebook, Article 502.6.8).
Clubs are required to conduct THREE screens prior to offering employment to any potential employee. The 3 required screens are:
1. Past employment reference check
2. Verification of highest level of education
3. State motor vehicle report.
Clubs are also encouraged to complete two optional screens:
4. Social network search
5. Google media search

SAFE SPORT ONLINE COURSE FOR PARENTS
USA Swimming has released its online Parent Education module. The module is FREE and takes about 15-20 minutes to complete. All parents are encouraged to participate in the module. All Clubs are encouraged to urge parents to participate in the module.
