Purpose: Closed Session
to discuss Matters of Personnel and Staff.
Note: This is a Special
meeting of the SCS BOD called at our last BOD Meeting on September 16th
by the General Chair and approved by the BOD.
The date of September 23 and the time of 7:00 P.M. were announced at the
SCS BOD Meeting. The purpose of this
meeting is to have a closed session to discuss Matters of Personnel and Staff.
No other agenda items
will be discussed.
