Goal, Procedures, and Agenda for the SCS Town Hall Meetin April 10, 2023

Objective: To have a healthy and productive discussion on the proposed SCS Mission/Vision Statements presented by the Governance Committee. The healthy and constructive debate will lead to the final product and submit the final product to the SCS BOD.

Procedure: During the healthy and productive discussion, any individual can speak for a limit of 30 seconds. When the discussion has stopped, the second round can begin, where individuals can talk for a second time for 30 seconds. The second round will only take place, time permitting.

II. Goals of the town hall meeting

III. Releasing and viewing of the proposed SCS Mission/Vision Statements

IV. SCS 2023 Governance Committee comments

V. First round of healthy and productive discussion.
