All Star Meet Application for Swimmers

The application to be eligible to be selected for the Pacific Coast All-Star Meet or the SCS All-Star Festival meet (same application for both meets):

APPLICATIONS ARE DUE BY THE LAST DAY OF THE 2022 WAG Meet: Monday December 12, 2022


Both of these selection meets will be PARENT TRAVEL. 

·  Parents will be responsible for travel for each meet. 

·  SCS will have recommended team hotels. 

·  Details on the hotel, arrival times, and other travel considerations will be provided to those who are selected.


**ATHLETES MUST HAVE 2022 WAG TIME MINIMUM TO APPLY**


Pacific Coast All-Star Meet:

·  January 7-8, 2023  

·  Snohomish, WA

·  Snohomish Aquatic Center (516 Maple Avenue  Snohomish, WA 98290)

·  Southern California Swimming selects up to 32 swimmers to the Pacific Coast All-Star Meet to compete against teams from Pacific Swimming, Oregon Swimming, and Pacific Northwest Swimming. 

·  To be eligible, a swimmer must be between the ages of 11-14 by the date of the meet and a current member of Southern California Swimming.

·  Eight male and eight female swimmers will be selected in the following age groups: 11-12 and 13-14

·  Swimmers are selected for this team based on times posted between September 1 and December 19 (the end of the CA/NV Winter Sectional Meet). 

·  Swimmers selected for this meet are NOT eligible for the SCS All-Star Festival


SCS All Star Festival Meet:

·  January 14-15, 2023

·  Las Vegas, NV

·  Pavilion Center Pool (101 S. Pavilion Center Dr. Las Vegas, NV  89144)

·  This meet represents the best of Southern California Swimming. 

·  Selected swimmers are divided up into four teams. 

·  Coaches will select 32 Swimmers in the 10&U, 11-12 and 13-14 Age Groups. 

·  They will be selected for this team based on times posted between September 1 and December 19 (the end of the CA/NV Winter Sectional Meet). 

·  Swimmers are not eligible for this meet if they compete for Team SCS at the Pacific Coast All-Star Meet.

·  There will be a $50 Meet Fee charge to attend this meet.
