Western Zone Application

This is an application to participate in the Western Zone LCM Age Group Championship meet in Elk Grove, CA. The opportunity to represent Southern California Swimming is a stepping stone to greater achievements. SCS is looking for fast swimmers who will be great teammates. This meet will center around doing what is best for the team. In some cases athletes may be asked to swim events that may not be their favorites or not swim some of their favorite races. 

This meet will have recommended team hotels with special rates. Details on the hotel, arrival times, and other travel considerations will be provided to those who are selected.

**ATHLETES MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 3 2022 JAG TIMES TO APPLY**

Western Zone Age Group Championships:

The meet will be August 3-6, 2022 in Elk Grove, CA. Southern California Swimming selects up to 48 swimmers to the Western Zone Age Group Meet to compete against teams from LSC’s representing Alaska, Arizona, Central California, Colorado, Hawaii, Inland Empire, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Pacific Swimming, Pacific Northwest, San Diego Imperial, Sierra Nevada, Snake River, Utah, and Wyoming. To be eligible, a swimmer must have earned at least three JAG times and a current member of Southern California Swimming.
