FULL TIME Pre-Competitive / Learn to Swim Head Instructor

Alpha Aquatics (ALPH) – El Segundo, CA

Come join Alpha Aquatics, one of the fastest growing clubs in Southern California.  We just moved into the brand new Aquatics Center in El Segundo, California.  

This position requires both in water and on deck coaching (Up to 30 hours a week), administrative work, and up to one weekend meet per month. 

Desired Qualifications for this position:

• 5 + years coaching experience working with pre competitive swimmers and learn to swim programs;

• Current on all USA Swimming Coach Certifications;

• Strong administrative, communication and organizational skills with swimmers and families;

• Expertise with technique development and training; and

• Enthusiastic and highly motivated.
