Part-Time Coach

Bay Club Aquatics, BAY is a year-round USA Swimming Club. Our Mission is to provide a high-quality USA Swimming experience and to promote the sport of competitive swimming. We present the opportunity for swimmers to develop physical fitness, self-discipline, and fundamental life skills. Our goal is to create a fun environment in which we foster our student’s identities as self-motivated athletes and individuals inside and outside of the pool.

Qualifications:

Ø Hold a current Lifeguard/ CPR Certification.

Ø USA Swimming Coaching Membership with current coaching certification requirements.

o Bay Club will pay for training if all certs are not current.

Ø Prior Club coaching.

Ø Effective communication with swimmers, parents and other coaches.

Responsibilities:

Ø Working with all levels of Age Group swimmers.

Ø Take active roll in Dry-Land program.

Ø Attend all staff meetings as required.

Ø Attend all Practices and Meets as required.

Ø May have opportunity to teach private lessons. Must have WSI.
