Open Water Workout Resources:
As beaches open, some might be considering options for an open water workout.
First and foremost, clubs/swimmers must comply with all local, state and federal health guidelines.
If putting together a plan, here are the 3 key issues to know before any OW Practice:
1. Safety!
2. Line of sight
3. Follow the local requirements for swimming and "active use" of the body of water
