SEAL Challenge Topped by Forbes and Kriegl

Saturday morning over 325 Southern California Swimming athletes tackled the Navy SEAL fitness challenge at the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center. The event was the 2nd largest SEAL challenge held in the three year history of the program (last year’s SCS challenge was the biggest ever). Rachel Forbes of Rose Bowl topped the women's side scoring 612 points (lowest women’s SCS score ever), while Roger Kriegl of Conejo Simi dominated the men's side scoring with 472 points. Anna Quinn (CSSC) came in second with 668, Kanisha Liu (BREA) at 677 came in third, Mikki Thompson (BREA) at 680 is fourth, and Amy Okada (RYL) at 695 rounds out the top 5 overall women. Corey John (ROSE) took men’s 2nd overall with 527 points, Raymond Kam (SGSC) and Joshua Kim (HPSC) tied for 3rd with 556 points and Mikey Forbes (ROSE) rounds out the men’s top 5 overall at 561 points.
