As we all move into February 2026, please remember that it is crucial to submit a Report Of Occurrence (ROO) within 1 day. Timely submissions help everyone feel responsible for safety and trust among all stakeholders: swimmers, parents, coaches, officials, and volunteer support staff.

Filling out an ROO should take place if an emergency or incident takes place during a swim or dryland training, swim meet setup, warm-ups, warm-downs, or at any time during a swim meet. ROO should also be filled during block party meets if needed.
