If you have not yet done so, please remember that all club registrations are due before Dec. 31st 2024. I would highly recommend not waiting until the end of the year as the overwhelming number of people attempting to access SWIMS 3.0 at the last second tends to crash the entire platform. If your team is not renewed before then, all of your swimmers run the risk of becoming automatically unattached, and will have to submit a transfer back to their club for a charge of $10/swimmer.
Also, if you have not yet done so, please submit your right to publish information to Judi Divan. Your club's information will NOT be published on our website or listed in the Swim Guide without her receiving that SIGNED form. The form is required to be completed each calendar year.
