The 2027 SCS Meet Calendar has been approved by the SCS Board of Directors and now we are entering into the meet bid process. The bids will be accepted through Saturday, October 17th using the link below to create your google form for EACH meet that you wish to bid on. The bid information will be shared with the SCS Board of Directors and the SCS 2027 Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, October 21 at 8:15pm via Zoom.

The document below is a listing of minimum qualifications to be considered as a host for the various 2027 SCS Meets along with the dates of the 2027 meets.
Just as a reminder for those who haven’t hosted recently. SCS provides the following support towards our meet hosts: 1) In addition to the $33 per swimmer surcharge for each entered swimmer that is kept by the meet host - SCS provides an additional $10 per swimmer to each host, and 2) All awards are paid for by SCS and sent to the meet hosts (this includes medals and any team awards if applicable).
